Established in 2004, the company began as a small team dedicated to delivering exceptional results for local San Diegans. Kayros has built a strong reputation in the industry, completing numerous successful projects across various sectors.
Jose Rivera immigrated to the United States when he was only 19 years old and soon began working in construction.
Although he didn't speak or understand English, that didn't stop him from learning and growing as a worker. His manager saw his potential and devotion and was soon promoted to Project Supervisor. Jose was eager to expand his knowledge by enrolling to Contractor License School. In 2003 he received his contractor's license. He became independent and starting his own company. His goal is to share his knowledge and skills with his team to continue executing each project with excellence.
Throughout his career, Jose has something that sets him apart from many, his humility, charisma and experience. He does not limit himself and is consistently seeking to gain more knowledge and excel in his construction career.
